Professionalism The management is violating this code of ethics as they are not trying to improve the society by their work. They are trying to cheat their clients who provide them with profits to defend themselves. On the other hand, they are trying to just defend their mistakes at the cost of the personal information of their clients. Recommendations related to the case study In relation to this study it can be recommended to Stella to not support the decision made by the management of the company. The reason being, that this decision serves the interest of the company and is hurting the interests of the society at large. The actions taken by the company may not be illegal, however, this can affect the professional lives and career of the employees.
